I found a good source for the Walton Information.  Sadly, I have misplaced it and someone is not getting the credit they deserve.  They did a lot of very fine research which must have taken a lot of time.  I will continue to look for that information and make sure I list it here when I find it.

They have the Walton's traced back a long way.  I got to Boaz through my research, but they had it several more generations.

Many fine soldiers came from the Walton side of the Family.  In the revolutionary War (Boaz), in the war of 1812 (Boaz the son), and in the Civil War (Boaz the son's son).

"Boaz" must meant to fight well in another language!!
